COMMUNICATION NEEDS

New players and parents to the Ashwaubenon Jaguars Hockey Team

The Blue Line Club will need the following information from you:

Parent names

• Parent cell phone #’s

• Parent email addresses

Player Name

• Player grade he will be in this next school year

• School he will be attending

• Player cell phone #’s (coaches and players need for their team contacts)

• Player email address

Once information is received, emails will be sent to you through Team App. The Team App will be how information will be sent out for the summer/fall, and season. Your player will also need to accept this invitation. If you or your son does not accept the invite, you will miss out on team communications.

All returning players and parents please update or make sure you have your TeamSnap turned on also.
