Typical meeting include the following: a report/update from the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Fundraiser Coordinator. Any other topics will be reviewed at each meeting (Coaches, Student and Parent are highly encouraged to attend applicable meeting). Request topic to be added to the agenda by filling out the Blue Line Club Agenda Request Form.
The Jaguars Hockey Booster Club is a dedicated group of parents working together to support the team, enhance the hockey experience, and build a strong community around Jaguars hockey. The club is governed by a board of parents who collaborate to organize events, manage fundraising efforts, and ensure the smooth operation of club activities.
The board is divided into two groups: the Executive Board and other supporting board members.
The Executive Board consists of the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. These officers hold key leadership roles and are responsible for guiding the club's strategic direction, managing finances, and ensuring its mission is fulfilled.
President: Oversees the club's operations, presides over meetings, sets the agenda, and ensures all activities align with the team's goals.
Vice President: Assists the President, steps in during their absence, and may oversee special projects or committees.
Secretary: Maintains meeting records, handles communication, and ensures proper documentation of club activities.
Treasurer: Manages the club's budget, oversees financial transactions, and provides regular financial updates to the board and membership.
Other board members serve in supportive roles, such as coordinating events, fundraiser coordinator, or leading specific initiatives. While these positions are vital to the club's success, they are not part of the Executive Board and do not carry the same level of authority or decision-making responsibility.
Together, the board members of the Jaguars Hockey Booster Club work collaboratively to create a positive and supportive environment for the team and its community.
