SENIOR NIGHT

Senior Night is a cherished tradition that honors the graduating players and their families for their dedication and contributions to the team. The event is designed to celebrate their achievements both on and off the ice, creating lasting memories for seniors, parents, and fans alike. The evening features a variety of activities, including a special booklet, player posters, and an appreciation event that highlights the impact of each senior athlete.

When Senior Night is scheduled, an email will be sent out.

• Senior Night game workers. - No senior parents should be working on this night.

• If there are senior parents signed up, it's because they (we) are good with it so no need to replace them.  

• Senior parents should be prepared to be called down to the ice for the presentation during that game.

• There will be pizza and snacks after the game.

• Post-Game Senior Appreciation Event: After the game, a special event takes place where underclassmen share heartfelt messages about each senior, recognizing their influence on the team.

• Coach Remarks: The coach gives a speech about each senior, reflecting on their growth, dedication, and memorable moments throughout their time on the team.

• Food, Cake, and Drinks Available: A selection of food, cake, and beverages is provided for attendees, fostering a celebratory atmosphere for everyone involved.

• Location: The event can be held at the rink or at a different venue, depending on logistics and space availability, ensuring a comfortable setting for all guests.

End-of-Year Hockey Team Banquet

The end-of-year hockey team banquet is a highly anticipated event that brings together players, their families, and coaching staff to celebrate the season’s achievements and foster team camaraderie. The banquet will be held at restaurant, where everyone is invited to enjoy a meal, laughter, and recognition.

• Cost: Each attendee is responsible to pay for their own meal.

• Cost: Players, Coaches and the BLC Board Members will be paid for by the Blue Line Club

The gathering will begin with a warm welcome from the coaches, who will reflect on the season’s journey and the progress made by the team. As the event unfolds, each player will be introduced by the coaches, who will share highlights and personal anecdotes about their contributions both on and off the ice. This acknowledgment not only honors individual efforts but also strengthens the bonds among team members.

In addition to player introductions, the coaches will present various awards to recognize exceptional performances, teamwork, and sportsmanship. These awards serve to motivate players and celebrate their hard work and dedication throughout the season.

As the banquet concludes, families will have the opportunity to mingle, take photos, and share memories from the season, reinforcing the sense of community within the team. The end-of-year banquet promises to be a memorable occasion that celebrates the spirit of hockey and the achievements of all involved.
